Refund policy

Due to the personal nature of our handcrafted skincare and body products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. Because every skin type is unique, we encourage customers to review ingredient lists carefully prior to purchase.
