Cancellation policy

Subscription and purchase option orders may be canceled or modified before the next billing date. Because products are prepared in small batches and inventory is reserved in advance, orders that have already processed or shipped cannot be canceled or refunded. Customers may manage or cancel their subscription at any time through their account portal or by contacting us prior to the renewal date.
