Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Because many of our handcrafted skincare and body products are heat-sensitive, orders containing creams, balms, body butters, lotions, or other meltable items may ship Monday–Wednesday only to help avoid extended weekend transit and excessive heat exposure. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed once packages are in the care of the carrier. Black Girl in the Wild Soaps is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are accurate prior to placing an order.
